Montrac is an intelligent conveyor systems that allows tracking of the products with time stamp, products part-number and the ability to be controlled by the PLC/software to the desire production stations. It support the Industry 4.0. Overall a very cost effective system.
There are many benefits for Montractec / Montrac systems, like :-
- Almost Zero downtime. The shuttles with their own 24VDC motors, if requires servicing or repair, can be removed almost instantly from the trac, thereby do not obstruct the rest of the shuttles. As compare to conveyors that are driven by a motor which will disable the entire line if just a single part broke down or for servicing.
- Low power consumption as the moving parts are only the shuttle motors only. It hibernate if there is no tasks assigned.
- It is one of the most quiet system which is less than 65 decibels.
